Open the Navigation Menu from the Map.
Tap on your Schedule next to your profile picture.

Find the class that you want to cancel and tap on the arrow indicated to select this class.

Scroll down the class ticket and tap on [ CANCEL SESSION ]

Cancellation Policy Note:

CANCEL 10 HOURS BEFORE CLASS: 20% REFUND CANCEL 48 HOURS BEFORE CLASS: 50% REFUND CANCEL 7 DAYS BEFORE CLASS: 97% REFUND

NOTE: Each person is only allowed 2 cancellations/refunds per term

Select the classes you want to cancel by selecting them, then tap on [ CANCEL SESSION ] to confirm. You may re-book other sessions in that class like normal.
