Please ensure notifications for the BOUNX App is enabled. Depending on your phone settings, push notifications may be disabled, or the App has not been given notification permission.

Tap on the notification to open the App.

Open the Nav menu and tap on Chat.

Tap on a Chat you want to view.

NOTE:
Chats will be automatically archived shortly after the session has ended. You may view your chat history under the [ ARCHIVED ] tab.
